Ten ways to take care of yourself

-You rock! Believe in yourself and know that you deserve the best! Take 5 minutes and jot down 5 things you love about yourself

-Nurture your relationships. Be around others who bring you up and don't waste your energy on drama. Find that special friend who has similar ideas about healthy living-nurture that relationship!

-Make it a tradition to have a "date" with yourself at least monthly. Read your favorite book, go to your favorite coffee shop and window shop at the mall. How about going to the theater and watching a movie that YOU wanna see!

-I know you've heard this before, but treat yourself to an epson salt bath with 5-10 drops of quality essential oil! I love lavender and tangerine! Read that magazine you've been meaning to check out.

-Wake up in the morning and stretch. If you make the time for this every day-you'll feel like a million bucks!

- You gotta drink that water. I know, I know--you try and 8 glasses a day does seem like a lot-but every body system in your body will run more smoothly and your skin will love the effects as well!

-You gotta take your vitamins! Get a good one-not one you find at Walmart. If your diet is kinda iffy one day, at least you know that you have taken that daily vitamin to get you some sustenance. melaleuca.com/triciarawski has an awesome science backed, patented vitamin that is rare for a supplement.

-Drop a handwritten card in the mail for someone special. There is nothing better than knowing that someone took the time to actually sit down and use snail mail because they were thinking about you!

-Go for a walk as many days as you can each week. Take the stairs, pack a lil distance from the store, window shop at the mall. Every step counts!

-Love yourself--make time for a hobby that you enjoy. Know that there is only one you in the whole world and if you don't take care of yourself-who will!! Xo
